1. NATIONALITY
(i) Malaysian Citizen
Applicants must be a MyKad holder and pass SPM with a minimum of five (5) credits including Bahasa Melayu and a pass in History or other equivalent qualification recognised by Malaysia Qualifications Agency (MQA). 

(ii) Non-Malaysian Citizen
Entry requirement for non-Malaysian applicants are subjected to the University’s academic requirement as stated in the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) Entry Requirement for O-level or equivalent.

2. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS of the International Foundation in Science Program

(i) Malaysian:  Receive at least C grade in ONE (1) of the subjects in STEM elective or Pengajian Islam elective or Kemanusiaan and Sastera Ikhtisas elective.
(i) Non-Malaysian: Receive at least a C grade in ONE (1) other STEM subject

FULFILMENT OF UNIVERSITY GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AS WELL AS PROGRAM SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT

Receive at least a C grade in all the following subjects:

• Biology
• Mathematics
• Chemistry
• English

AND

Receive at least C grade in ONE (1) of the subjects in STEM elective or Pengajian Islam elective or Kemanusiaan and Sastera Ikhtisas elective.

AND

Receive at least PASS in Additional Mathematics:

AND

Candidates do not have any physical disabilities (blind/deaf/paralysed/mute) that hinder laboratory work.
